The Arapahoe Library District (Library District) is seeking proposals from independent certified public accounting firms to perform its annual audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021 with the option to perform the audit for the four (4) subsequent fiscal years with the understanding that the contract will be renewed annually upon approval of both parties. The audit of the Library District will be performed in accordance with the auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America.
