Description

Arapahoe County in partnership with the City and County of Denver is seeking proposals for the design of a High Intensity Activated Crosswalk (HAWK) signal where the High Line Canal crosses Quebec Street. The crossing is located just south of the Quebec Street and Evans Avenue Intersection 1.5 mile east of I-25. The High line Canal crossing at this location sees close to 1000 pedestrian and bicycle crossing per weekday. This signal will increase safety of the pedestrians and bicyclists.
