RFP-11-17 - Parking / Security / Gate Staff for the Arapahoe Cty Fairgrounds

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract for Parking, Security, and Gate Staffing services as specified herein from a vendor that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. Although this Solicitation specifies an exact location and date for the Parking, Security, and Gate Staffing services for the County, it is understood and agreed that the County may, during the term of the contract, request additional Parking, Security, and Gate Staffing services from the successful Vendor. This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the County and shall be honored by the Vendor throughout the contract period. No guarantees are made additional services will be requested.
