23-61 - Harvest Trail Improvements

Arapahoe County is seeking proposals for the design of improvements to the Harvest Trail, located East of Gun Club Road just south of Quincy Avenue.  The original trail design was a concrete trail with crusher fines extensions on both sides to provide a soft surface.  Since the construction of the trail, the crusher fines part of the trail has deteriorated to a point that the trail is becoming unsafe.  The goal of this project is to provide drainage, construction method and materials, and a trail improvement design to stop the deterioration, bring the trail back up to standards, and reduce maintenance of the trail.
