23-46 - Disaster Debris Removal, Reduction and Disposal

Arapahoe County is seeking proposals to establish one or more pre-positioned contracts for removal of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)-eligible disaster-generated hazardous trees, limbs, and stumps; vegetative debris; and construction & demolition (C&D) debris. Services under this contract may also include management of one or more debris management sites (DMS), reduction of and/or final disposal of all storm-generated debris, and other emergency clean-up activities associated with a storm, tornado or other natural or manmade disaster event. The primary intent of having Contractor(s) resources available for response to a Federally Declared Disaster event, it may be used by the County in responding to events or projects that do not meet the magnitude or severity to be designated a Federally Declared Disaster.
