Aims Community College (“College” or “Aims”) is seeking a modern, cloud-based identity management platform to serve as a complete solution for the College’s identity management needs. The solution must provide a frictionless user experience to end users and administrators while providing key capabilities including single sign-on, life cycle management, and self service password management.
Aims is in the midst of replacing its legacy SIS/ERP system, Ellucian Banner, with a modern system in Workday. Employee Human Capital Management functions have already been moved to Workday, and student functions are scheduled to transition to Workday beginning in summer 2021. Our goal is to couple our modern SIS/ERP system with a modern identity management solution to provide both a seamless user experience and robust security in order to support the education of our community and productivity of our users. Application must be ready for test by February 28, 2021, and must be fully live by July 31,2021.
