Description

Aims Community College is seeking proposals for a Small Project Architect for various building projects at Aims Community College. Overall, projects will be renovations of existing space, ranging in scope from office space, academic space, lab space to specialty space using Design Development, Schematic Design, Construction Document and Construction Administration, and working with general contractors for cost estimating/constructability. Miscellaneous design requests involving consulting engineers from civil to mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) to Local Authority.

Aims estimates that the initial project term will be July 2021 through June 2022, with an option to renew up to four (4) additional one-year terms.
