ASU24011-SS - Mechanical Engineering Lab Equipment

RESPONSES TO THIS PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. A point-by point response to the specifications/requirements as outlined in the corresponding sections below. This would include, but not be limited to, a narrative for each specification, documentation to certify and validate vendor specifications, brochures or binders containing vendor specifications which can be evaluated by Adams State University personnel, and any other pertinent information concerning the vendor’s equipment/components. Detailed information is requested and vendor must list brand, model and part numbers for each item. Vendors responding may be requested to provide proof of their capabilities (historical evidence, customer references) to provide this equipment.
2. Vendors must structure their response in the exact order of the specifications provided. Responses must be formatted as outlined, followed by a “point by point” discussion of each specification/feature.
3. Adams State University will be the sole judge of equivalence.
4. All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted by email to: reneevigil@adams.edu by the deadline
5. FAILURE TO RESPOND AS INSTRUCTED ABOVE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.
