Adams State University intends to sole source the purchase of a Keyence XM-series handheld CMM per the attached Sole Source Justification. If anyone believes this to not be a sole source purchase based on the attached justification please email me at reneevigil@adams.edu before the deadline listed above. Your response must be as follows:

1. A detailed response to specifications/features of the quoted equipment. Documents or literature, BAFO price quotes, comparative descriptions, etc. which can be evaluated to determine exact equivalence or better by ASU personnel are required.
2. Adams State University will be the sole judge of equivalence.
3. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted BY EMAIL to Purchasing Agent, only at reneevigil@adams.edu
4. Failure to respond as instructed will result in disqualification.
