No Substitutions will be accepted as noted. If your pack size differs from that noted, compute your extended price correctly to reflect the total amount needed by the University. This is not an all or nothing award. Items may be awarded to multiple vendors not necessarily the lowest for a single item in order to avoid multiple purchase orders and invoices. Adams State University will award, in whole or part, the bidder(s) who is/are most responsive to ASU's needs, price and other factors considered.
