RFP-KB-2024.309 - RFP-KB-2024.309 Rapid Rehousing for Encampment Resolution

Adams County Community Safety and Wellbeing is seeking a nonprofit partner to provide rapid rehousing or RRH, (housing application fees, landlord sign-on bonuses, holding fees, rental deposit, first and last month’s rent, and up to twelve months of rental subsidy and case management) to up to 20 high-acuity households experiencing homelessness across one year. These households will be selected via Adams County’s new Encampment Resolution Direct-to-Housing model which will provide intensive on-site supportive services across 30 to 45 days, and then, rapid rehousing (RRH) to all members regardless of the barriers they face. The selected nonprofit will coordinate with other agencies but will only be responsible for the RRH component of Encampment Resolution Direct to Housing (DTH).
