The purpose of this RFP is to purchase Services as specified herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. Adams County, Colorado, in partnership with Signal, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of a community coalition including the County, Adams County Sheriff’s Office, Adams County Health Department, several local cities and included law enforcement agencies, local fire/EMS districts, healthcare providers and other interested organizations in an effort to establish a contract for immediate needs for Local Provision of Non-Medical Detoxification and Walk-In Crisis Services.
