- A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 20, 2023 at 10:30 am MST at the Adams County Detention Facility 150 N. 19th Street, Brighton, CO, 80601, to discuss the Scope of Work. A representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory conference in order to qualify to respond to this Agreement.

- IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: It will be the expectation for this project that a representative for each attending vendor have the ability to enter into the crawl space to complete a through and complete evaluation of exiting conditions and understand the working conditions and limitations of the crawl space areas. In order to enter into the crawl space each vendor shall be required to provide their own PPE with items such as a flashlight, Tyvek suit, gloves, knee pads and is to include a full face respirator with the proper filter cartridges to protect them against potential airborne contaminants, mono-coat insulation, mold spores (Stachybotrys/Aspergilus), musty odors, protection form Hunta virus, Tularemia(rodent waste), etc. (Please refer to the provided current air sampling report).
While entering the crawl space we will escort the team through as many areas as time allows. Precautions shall be taken to minimize dust particulate & contaminates from becoming airborne. Once the crawl space evaluation is completed the vendor shall properly doff their PPE to protect the surrounding environment.
Due to the nature of this mandatory pre-bid, late arrivals will not be accepted.
