1516-024 - RFP for Supplemental Education Service Providers

Summary of Specifications:
The Colorado No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Flexibility Waiver requires Title I schools assigned a plan type of Priority Improvement or Turnaround to offer Supplemental Educational Services (SES) to eligible children in the schools. Parents of eligible students must have multiple options from which to select services for their students, as well as the opportunity to participate in the development of the SES program. Selected Services Providers will be included in the SES applications from which parents will choose the tutoring provider for their eligible child. The application will include external providers for literacy, math, and English Language Development if available. (Minimum 2 external providers selected – 1 for literacy and 1 for math.)
