Pre-Bid Site Walk: We will hold an optional pre-bid site walk on April 15, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. All vendors that plan to attend the Pre-Bid walk need to rsvp to jgibbons@adams14.org by 8am, Friday April 15th. We will meet at Kearney Middle School. Located at 6160 Kearney Street, Commerce City, CO 80022. We will meet in the front of the school to sign in and receive additional instructions. Any additional inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be made in writing prior to the Last Date for Questions set forth in the above Schedule of Activities and Timeline.

Bid Submission: Firms responding to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) must submit their proposals in the overall format as outlined in this solicitation.
There is only one options in which to submit proposals; online via Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System.

Submittals must be submitted allowing sufficient delivery time to ensure receipt in the Purchasing Department by the deadline specified. Time and date validation will occur in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. All submittals received after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
