Event Note

At completion we will transfer to Coyote Ridge Elementary School, 13770 Broadlands Dr, Broomfield, CO 80023, and afterwards to Meridian Elementary School, 14256 McKay Park Cir, Broomfield, CO 80023. Anticipate approximately 60 minutes at each site.

Check in at the front office. You will need to bring your government ID.

A representative of the Offeror must attend this mandatory conference and all site walks in its entirety in order to qualify to submit an offer to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to arrive and sign the attendance record at the pre-proposal conference within five (5) minutes of the scheduled starting time shall be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award.
