Academy District 20 is soliciting bids from qualified contractors remove all carpet/cove base in the main halls and in the above rooms. Add alternates 1-5 are to remove and replace walk-off carpet at the entries shown. Concrete slab moisture content testing will be provided by D20. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with this solicitation, specifications, and attachments. The Contractor is responsible for providing proper health and sanitation facilities for its employees, in compliance with any rules and regulations of the State Board of Health or any other bodies having jurisdiction. The contractor shall possess all required certifications and/ or licenses, in good standing, as required by all applicable National, State & Local codes to perform the scope of work as shown in the Construction Documents. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all applicable permits and inspections as required to satisfy all applicable National, State & Local code requirements.
