2025-1005 - North Area B Drainage Phase 1A

AACMD is continuing the construction of North Area B by building drainage ponds located northeast of North Reserve Blvd. to future Newbern St.  General scope is construction of private water quality ponds 5711, 5717, 5713, 5715, and associated storm drainage facilities and drainage structures. Major items of work include erosion control, earthwork, concrete trail, grasscrete maintenance path, trickle channel, storm drain, ponds, drainage structures, spillways, traffic control, and seed.
