The objective of this solicitation is to solicit a firm to review and evaluate existing and future needs of the transportation network along State Route 131 (Tiburon Boulevard), Trestle Glen Boulevard and Paradise Drive within Town limits, and to identify strategies to reduce congestion and improve movement along State Route 131. It is noteworthy to understand that Tiburon Boulevard is a California State Highway. Not all recommendations may be acceptable and the selected Firm’s final recommendations on Tiburon Boulevard shall be approved by Caltrans prior to the Town’s adoption of the Plan. The result for this RFP is for the Town of Tiburon to identify and select a Firm to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, skills, etc., required to complete the scope in a timely and professional manner.
