Sweetwater Authority (Authority) is seeking an on-call contract with a Real Estate consultant (Consultant) to assist the Authority on an on-call basis to support its general property acquisition, leasing, valuation (appraisal), and property/land management programs, as needed. The Authority invites interested firms to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), including hourly rates as a stand-alone document, in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), listing its qualifications to provide real estate consulting services including the tasks described in the scope of work.
The work will be for properties, easements, Rights-of-Way, and other lands within the Authority’s service area, the Loveland Reservoir property, and other areas in the Sweetwater River Watershed, located in San Diego County.
The Authority encourages participation by local, small, and/or disadvantaged businesses.
