Additional Bidding Instructions

Provide one (1) electronic copy of the proposal and one (1) electronic copy of the proposed costs in PDF. The PDF electronic copies of the proposal and costs shall be submitted by email to the attention of Adam Brugman at abrugman@sweetwater.org.

If the file(s) containing the proposal and costs are larger than 10 megabytes, send Mr. Brugman an email no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 26, 2023 requesting a secure file transfer invitation using the Authority’s secure file transfer system “SendIt”.

Proposals in response to this RFP are due via email to Adam Brugman at abrugman@sweetwater.org, by 5:00 p.m. on July 27, 2023. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
