Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide workers’ compensation investigative services for the various divisions within the Office of the City Attorney. 3.1 Have available at all times the equipment, facilities, and instrumentalities required to perform the services herein. 3.2 Have available at all times state licensed, or otherwise qualified investigators who have a minimum of three years of experience in workers’ compensation AOE/COE and Fraud investigations. 3.3 During the period of any contract with the City of Los Angeles comply with all terms and conditions set forth in such contract and submit to any request by the City for the production of such proof as is suitable to demonstrate such compliance. 3.4 As needed, be able to provide investigative services after normal business hours and on weekends and holidays. The assigned employees may be required to work through lunch periods and/or after 5:00 p.m. 3.5 Provide all contracted for services in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, and submit results therefrom in the form and manner required by the terms of the contract for such services. 3.6 Prepare an invoice for each job in accordance with procedures set forth in the City contract. 3.7 Provide for, at no additional cost to the City, all of Contractor’s overhead expenses including but not limited to, parking, clerical, telephone, and other overhead costs.
