Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will begin with the establishment of a project management office and development of a detailed project plan for implementation of tasks 2 through 3. The contractor shall: a) Understand and become familiar with state contracting requirements applicable to the project. b) Attend and participate in CPUC team meetings via WebEx as requested by the CPUC Program Manager. Be available for infrequent in person meetings in the CPUC’s Sacramento or San Francisco Offices if necessary. c) Establish a Program Management Office (PMO) and develop all standard PMO processes and procedures, including but not limited to project charter, project plans, project tracking, governance plan, communication plan, forms and templates, deliverable timelines, cost tracking, project risk analysis and other project support functions as required by CPUC Program Manager.
