Bidder shall perform the following: • test winding & core, tolerance check (per EASA Tech code # 17); • rewind with Essex Quad Build magnet wire; • use Dupont Nomex Paper; • winding to receive vacuum pressure impregnation with 100% solids polyester resin; • epoxy dip and bake to cure rotor and stator even after cleaning; • replace all bearings; • replace 120 volt space heaters; • replace thermal sensors; • balance, complete final test and submit complete data sheets. Bidder is responsible for: • pickup and delivery; • work to be completed in five (5) working days from date of pick up; • maintaining an inventory of the most commonly used repair parts to avoid delays repair turnaround time; • labor and materials; • being a US warranty certified repair center; • submitting a written proposal to the City for any service work which exceeds $75 including materials and labor, except for emergency service work, that does not have a defined price in the agreement; • providing proposals based on time and materials with a maximum "not-to-exceed" price.
