Specifications include, but are not limited to: OCERS is seeking the services of an experienced web design company to complete a comprehensive redesign and deployment of the organization’s website, www.ocers.org Active Members – Access the myOCERS member portal, use the benefits calculator, find the Member Services Directory, learn about completing a Service Credit Purchase (“Buyback”), read and/or download forms and publications, register for retirement seminars, watch videos, and learn about their benefits (including reciprocity, disability‐related benefits and Domestic Relations Orders). Deferred Members – Access the myOCERS member portal, use the benefits calculator, find the Member Services Directory, learn about completing a Service Credit Purchase (“Buyback”), read and/or download Website Redesign, Development, Implementation and Hosting: Request for Proposal 4 of 13 forms and publications, register for retirement seminars, watch videos, and learn about their benefits (including disability‐related benefits and Domestic Relations Orders). Retired Members/Payees – Access the myOCERS member portal, see the Benefit Payment Schedule, see the annual Cost‐of‐Living Adjustment (COLA) increase approved by the Board, tax information, survivor benefits, divorce/remarriage after retirement, report a death, change of address, and Work After Retirement options. Employers (“Plan Sponsors”) – Access financial and investment documents, access the Employer Self Service (ESS) portal, access the “OCERS Contact Directory”, access plan sponsor and Board of Retirement meeting agendas, see compensation and benefit limits, employer news. Media – Access public meeting agendas and backup materials (primarily investment‐related documents), review RFPs, submit electronic email form for public records requests. OCERS Site Administrator – OCERS’ I.T. Operations will serve as the OCERS Site Administrator. OCERS’ I.T. Operations will have the ability to access volumetric information (how many people use the site, how frequently, etc.).
