Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Notify USA at least 72 hours prior to start of demolition work or any excavation; b) Potholing the location of existing utilities; c) Removal and salvaging existing equipment in the equipment room and delivery to the City; d) Removal and disposal of existing equipment in the equipment room and in the pool; e) Removal and disposal or salvaging of existing pavers; f) Construction of a new concrete pool floor, subwalls and a perimeter drainage system; g) Installation of fountain display pumps and controls; h) Installation of display lighting and controls; i) Installation of an ultraviolet water treatment system; j) Installation of a water filtration system; k) Piping and electrical to operate the fountain display pumps, lighting, water and filter treatment systems and level sensor; l) Installation of an outdoor shower activated only when the fountain is in operation; m) Installation of an web cam and connection and operation of the system by web; n) Containment of the area of work from general public access and allow public access to the Weber Event Center outside the area of work, provide for safe public access along Center street at all times; o) Maintain the area of work free from trash and construction debris as they are generated or as they may appear within the area of work. Removal of all such debris shall be performed by the end of each work day; p) All items and work as intended per the project documents.
