Specifications include, but are not limited to:provide web‐based training services for Non‐Supervisory Sexual Harassment Prevention (SHP) Training to the Santa Clara County Equal Opportunity Department (EOD).The County of Santa Clara workforce is comprised of approximately 10,000 employees that fall into “Non‐Supervisory” classifications. Non‐Supervisory SHP training is currently offered via Instructor Led Training and Web‐Based Training. To minimize impact to core services and staffing levels, most staff will fulfill this mandated training requirement by completing the web‐based training.EOD is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors that can provide web‐based training services for Non‐Supervisory Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. The deliverables required are: One‐hour training module; Verification mechanism to ensure employee meets the one‐hour requirement; Content specific to California law; Content includes, but is not limited to, bullying, different forms of discrimination and protected basis.
