Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Conducting various water tests according to Federal and State Standard Methods. The Consultant shall hold Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) certification with the State Water Resources Control Board. 2. Sample results shall be uploaded to the California Laboratory Intake Portal (CLIP). 3. Providing appropriate water testing bottles with labeling that are acceptable to the City. 4. Reporting all water test results within agreed upon time limits. The City is to be notified by telephone or email of any confirmed unsafe bacteriological samples within 24 hours of receipt of the sample. 5. Residual samples are to be held for thirty days after the results are sent to the City, unless disposal is authorized by the City. 6. The laboratory will log all samples in a mutually agreed upon format The log structure will at a minimum include the following data fields: a. Time of sample b. Date of sample c. Time received d. Sample collector e. Water supply name f. Water supply address g. A copy of this data will be provided to the City on a monthly basis.
