Specifications include, but are not limited to: B 1.1 CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAN UP THE GROUND AROUND THE BUILDING FROM ALL DEBRIS WASHED OFF THE BUILDING SURFACES. B 1.2 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF CITY PROPERTY DURING THE CLEANING AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PROPERTY DAMAGED DURING THE COURSE OF WORK INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WALLS, CARPETING, WINDOW BLINDS, FURNISHINGS, EQUIPMENT, BIRD WIRE NETTING, SPRINKLER HEADS, LANDSCAPING, OR OTHER. B 1.3 CARE MUST BE TAKEN IF POWER WASHERS AND/OR CHEMICALS ARE USED IN THE CLEANING OF THE EXTERIOR SURFACES OF THE BUILDINGS: CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO MINIMIZE THE AMOUNT OF WATER INTRUSION INTO THE BUILDINGS DUE TO LOUVERS OR UNSEALED WINDOWS AND DOORS. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED TASKS UTILIZING ITS OWN EQUIPMENT OR RENTED EQUIPMENT AND PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE, SAFE AND WORKING EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING SIGNAGE. B 1.4 CONTRACTOR SHALL CAPTURE AND CONTAIN ALL WATER RUNOFF PER REQUIRED BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES (BMP) AND STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION MEASURES. B 1.5 CONTRACTOR SHALL MOVE AWAY FROM THE BUILDING SURFACE AND PROTECT ALL FOLIAGE AND OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS AROUND BUILDING PERIMETER IN ORDER TO EXPOSE THE SURFACE FOR PROPER CLEANING. VINES AND OTHER ARCHITECTURAL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE REPLACED AFTER WASHING IS COMPLETED. BUSHES AND HEDGES SHALL BE PULLED BACK FROM THE BUILDING SURFACE AND PROTECTED.
