Specifications include, but are not limited to: Wild Walnut Park is a 10-acre public park located at the corner of Mulholland Highway and Old Topanga Canyon Road in the City of Calabasas. The park currently consists of a native walnut tree grove, trails, benches, and parking. The project will add an off-leash enclosed dog park and children’s play equipment. The parking area will be enlarged and realigned. Elements of the project include, but are not limited to: surface drainage, permeable parking, ADA accessible features, drinking fountains with water supply line, kiosk structure, enclosure fencing with gates, split rail fences with gates, timber garden walls, play equipment with surfacing, trail steps with handrails, trail surface stabilization, and similar park furnishings and amenities. Work requires grading, wood carpentry, concrete masonry, AC pavement and play equipment installation and other work per these specifications and the attached project’s plans.
