The scope of work generally includes asphalt paving of the east parking lot, located north of 5th Street and west of N Garner Avenue, along with re-striping of the lot. The project also entails removing and replacing the existing ramps with two (2) new ADA-compliant ramps, as well as installing ADA striping, signage, and markings for the designated handicap parking stalls, including the walking path from the loading area of the stalls to the ADA ramps. Additional work includes repairing and painting the existing concrete trench drain gutter and the concrete slab in front of the trash enclosure, with the slab to be saw-cut into panels. The existing gutter near the curb will be cleaned, and all curb drain holes will be inspected and cleaned to ensure they are functioning properly.
