The work to be constructed hereunder consists of the rehabilitation of the existing Valencia Reservoir. The Base Bid Schedule A Project includes replacement of tank appurtenances, removal of existing coating and recoating of the reservoir interior, adding seismic piping connections, removal and replacement of existing inlet/outlet piping with all required fittings and valves, and all other miscellaneous improvements required to complete the Project as shown on the Plans, and as included in the Specifications. The Additive Bid Schedule B includes removing and replacing existing 18” steel pipe with 24” CMLC from Schedule A new inlet/outlet piping system connection to existing 18” steel pipe with all fittings, valves, and appurtenances, removal of existing exterior tank coating, surface preparation and recoating of tank exterior, and removal and replacement of interior ladder as shown on the Plans, and as included in the Specifications.
