Specifications include, but are not limited to: implement the approved work plan to guide, create, and develop four (4) CWDB videos of five (5) to eight (8) minutes in length. This includes, but is not limited to, message and script development, planning, directing and producing video shoots, and post-production editing. This list is illustrative and may be expanded or reduced as determined through the initial strategic planning phase and as agreed upon by the CWDB and the FIRM.; Key messaging elements for all content: Focus on the High Road framework – Equity, Job Quality, and Climate (EJC). Explanation and illustration of the impact of the CWDB policies and initiatives using input from partners. Communicate the CWDB's vision with impact/success stories. Identified video themes/topics may include: CWDB organizational video. With the primary purpose of promoting interest, adoption of, and investment in the High Road agenda, this introductory video will raise awareness of the CWDB's role in the workforce development community. The video should highlight how the CWDB addresses systemic barriers in its programs, initiatives and policies by using the High Road framework. While open for collaboration on additional ideas, the envisioned content will include, for example, video/photos of local projects and testimonials from the Labor Secretary, CWDB Board Chair, Director, staff, and/or recipients. High Roads Training Partnership video. This video should be designed as a call to action that inspires existing and potential future project partners and investment by stakeholders such as philanthropic entities, labor groups, and legislative bodies. The video should highlight current HRTP projects/recipients and field staff and provide a roadmap for potential projects. High Road Construction Career video. Similar in concept to the HRTP video, the HRCC video should highlight existing HRCC projects and be designed to inspire potential future projects and investments from a variety of stakeholders. Climate-themed video. This video is aimed at highlighting and supporting the partnerships and policy development strategies that back California's climate goals and the impact on climateaffected communities. Equity-themed video. This video will address equity issues in workplace development and highlight benefits and strategies to fully incorporate the worker voice. Alternative language video (Spanish). This video is initiative-specific and specifically targeted for at a Spanish-speaking audience, with the intent of providing information that will encourage the specific audience to become better informed of their options and available programs.
