Detailed Scope of Work A. Contractor shall provide CAL FIRE with clean coveralls and various shop supplies that are in good condition on a weekly basis as directed by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. 1) “Good condition” means items shall be free of rips or tears and not worn beyond normal wear condition. Items found to be not in good condition shall not be charged to CAL FIRE. 2) Items aged beyond the Useful Life of items shall be replaced by Contractor at Contractor’s expense. Estimated Useful Life for these items is as follows: a. Coveralls – 52 weeks b. Shop Towel – 20 weeks c. Shop Towel (Continuous Roll) – 78 weeks d. Floor Mat – 104 weeks 3) Items determined as damaged beyond repair by CAL FIRE during the Estimated Useful Life shall be replaced by Contractor at CAL FIRE’S expense. 4) All coveralls and supplies furnished must be equal to or greater than the industry standard and be of material, color, and construction approved by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. 5) Items included in this Agreement are: a. Coveralls – 100% Cotton, navy, size(s) as provided by CAL FIRE b. Shop Towel – Cotton terry cloth, red, 18x18 inches c. Shop Towel (Continuous Roll) – Cloth, any color, approximately 12 inches wide d. Floor Mat – Nylon with rubber backing, gray, 3x4 feet
