Specifications include, but are not limited to: DAS firm to submit proposed CommScope ERA DAS design to University for review and comment. CommScope ERA DAS design and BOM will be based on a minimum of 50% construction drawings provided by UCSF. DAS firm to update design by incorporating UCSF and Low Voltage subcontractor comments and submit final “Permit Design Package” for Fire Marshal review and permitting. (University will be required to secure any necessary permits). Provide pricing for DAS design services. Pricing to include a BOM for the following: Cellular DAS Equipment (active and passive) that the DAS firm will be responsible for purchasing and providing. Low Voltage vendor material: Cabling, fiber and/or other related equipment that the Low Voltage subcontractor will be responsible for purchasing and providing (excluding cable pathway). Equipment Head End Final design to include all necessary DAS equipment, connections, and cabling/fiber requirements in the DAS Head End room to tie into and provide carrier signal to the project building. Provide pricing for DAS design services. Pricing to include a BOM for CommScope ERA DAS Equipment (active and passive) that the DAS firm will be responsible for purchasing and providing.
