This also includes data warehousing with data analysis capabilities, data archiving, optimization, reporting, and ongoing maintenance and services. Target systems to include LMS, SIS, CRM, and ERP, as well as other institutional systems in order to leverage relevant data sets. Although this section reflects the needs and requirements of UC, OMNIA Partners Participating Agencies may have different requirements. The awarded Supplier will have the ability to offer their entire portfolio of goods and/or services nationally. OMNIA Partners Participating Agencies may sign a supplemental or usage agreement with the awarded Supplier substantially based on the terms and conditions of the UC Agreement. Participating Agencies may elect to negotiate certain terms to conform to their purchasing and contracting requirements. UC also recognizes that information technologies and services are rapidly evolving and advancing, and that Suppliers may be testing new technologies or developing new services that are not yet available to the public at the time of RFP response. Once these technologies are generally available, UC desires to have the ability to amend the Agreements awarded under this RFP to include these new technologies or service offerings at UC's sole and absolute discretion.
