Specifications include, but are not limited to: Implement the Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) and integrate data across assets, systems and NEEDs (see RFP Part 2, SOW Section 1.5 for complete description of NEED), Establish an asset and performance management system that unifies analytics, strategies, and modeling for decision support, Integrate project planning, scoping, programming and establish funds and performance management across multiple programs in the department, and Integrate performance outcomes, business intelligence, reporting and dashboards. In order to effectively execute the TAMP, a TAMS solution is needed to bring together applicable data from multiple databases to complete the analysis, planning and projections necessary to meet the TAMP objectives. Key components of the TAMP that TAMS must address include: Summary listing of assets Description of the condition of those assets Asset management objectives and measures Performance gap identification Life cycle planning and risk management analysis
