Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Culver City Transportation Department (CCTD) seeks to engage the services of a contractor to develop, manage, and operate a pilot Transit Ambassador program that will deploy trained contract personnel on Culver City's buses, bus stops, transit centers and other major points of connections. CCTD is committed to improving the overall customer experience through enhanced safety measures on our transit system. One way to enhance public safety is to provide a more visible presence of Transit Ambassadors that customers can rely on. The Ambassadors will be a unit with mobile and fixed post personnel that are trained to portray a rider-facing and welcoming role, promote safety for all riders and operators, and help connect vulnerable riders to resources and/or assistance.
