Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide, as requested, translation of written English IEP documents into Spanish using the Los Angeles Unified School District web-based system. Contractor shall provide written conversion of source document (English) into target language with the meaning and intent of the original source document retained (Translation). Contractor shall use the Spanish template provided by the District in the Welligent IEP System. Contractor shall not duplicate the translation of any section of the IEP that is already translated in the template. Services shall include translation of document by technically qualified and experienced language specialists on an as needed basis. Services shall be provided within 4 calendar days after the request is made as specified by the District.
