A. Transcribe recorded City Council, Standing Committee and Boards/Commissions/Committees meetings as agreed upon by the City and Consultant. B. Transcriptions shall be sense (summary) minutes. C. Provide the City Clerk’s Office with a draft set of minutes that are word processed utilizing Microsoft Word software within five (5) calendar days from receipt of Transcriptionist’s packet following each meeting. Transcriptions will be submitted via electronic media (email) or an agreed upon file transfer software D. Occasionally a request for a rush transcription will be made by City Clerk when an item is to be reviewed within a less than normal turnaround period. This rush period would be within three (3) working days from receipt of the Transcriptionist’s packet. E. Contractor will be responsible for accessing recordings of meetings via the City’s YouTube website or the Media Center website and the backup documentation via City Clerk’s website. The City will provide an outline of the meeting to include speakers, titles, and Motions.
