Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to contract for Time and Date Stamp Machine (RapidPrint-brand) Services. The contractor is responsible for meeting all of the licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff, transportation, license, permits and every other item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated, to provide RapidPrint-brand Time and Date Stamp Machine Maintenance and Repair Services. Services shall be provided at the Home, upon request and in compliance with terms of this Agreement. Services may be provided at the Contractor’s place-of-business via mail if requested and approved by the CalVet Contract Manager. When the time and date stamp machine is to be mailed to the Contractor, postage or freight will be at CalVet’s expense. Any postage or freight to return the time and date stamp machine to the Home will be at the Contractor’s expense.
