Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall, as directed by DHCS, administer the CYBHI EBP/CDEP grant program and assist DHCS with reviewing, scoring, and awarding applicants, as well as conduct administrative activities for the program, including but not limited to: contracting with grantees, distributing grant funds, and processing grantee invoices. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide extensive and specialized training and technical assistance (TTA), utilizing appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs), to potential applicants and grantees, as well as supporting DHCS’s public stakeholder engagement activities. The Contractor shall, develop standardized data reporting templates, collect and analyze data from grantees, and prepare data reporting dashboards to be publicly posted on the DHCS website.
