MARGARINE/BUTTER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 4.11.1.1 Goods processed with oil MUST meet the standard USDA specifications for vegetable oil margarine and canola oil must be one of the first two ingredients listed. 4.11.1.1.1 Goods to have a minimum of 80% fat for any of these oils. 4.11.1.2 ODOC will not accept any Goods that contain peanut oil, soybean oil, corn oil, sunflower oil or cotton seed oil 4.11.1. Goods must be U.S. Grade A or better as defined in the U.S. Standards for Grades of Butter; and must allow for freezing without discoloring. Good(s) MUST be unsalted. Salted Product will not be accepted for this ITB. 4.11.1.5 3 Goods to be packed in one (1) pound prints. 4.11.1.6 Reduced-fat, light/lower fat, or fat-free Goods will not be accepted. 4.11.1.7 Must be dairy free.
