Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Design:o Review provided documentation and inspection video to assess the condition of the 003 outfall pipeline.o Include field investigations, including a complete CCTV inspection of the pipeline in the scope of work. o After assessing the pipeline condition, prepare a report that recommends the appropriate rehabilitation method, including preliminary cost estimates. o Consider and provide information on permits that may be required for the recommended repair method.o After JPA staff approval of the preferred recommendation, produce plans and specifications for bidding.o Treatment plant operations should have minimal interruption during the project.o Provide a digital copy of the plans and specifications. (Specifications shall be in MS Word format, drawings are to be in AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat format).o Include support services during bidding and construction as a part of the proposal. 2. Receive and incorporate JPA staff input/direction.3. Perform site visits and meetings with District staff as necessary.4. Other proposed services and tasks.
