The Mayor’s Office of Community Safety is seeking a Data & Evaluation Contractor to provide the following services: 1. Create and produce report templates for Summer Night Lights Programming Evaluation a. Pre-program and Post-program evaluation to gauge participant experience b. Program activities and assessments to track participation and participant interest (e.g. attendance, activity logs) 2. Provide oversight and management of the Summer Night Lights Program (SNL) reports and surveys 3. Develop a system for storing and organizing collected data (e.g. spreadsheets, online surveys) 4. Organize interviews or focus groups with participants and staff 5. Document appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis in a final evaluation report due to the Mayor’s Office
