The University is seeking a Consultant that will form a creative partnership with the campus to develop a state-ofthe-art student services facility that will meet the needs of the campus while meeting stringent budget, schedule, and life cycle cost goals. Relevant qualifications shall include extensive and proven experience in stakeholder engagement, program development, design of student services building for a public institution, including higher education. Firms must demonstrate their history in meeting project requirements, construction budgets, project schedules, and sufficient experience in LEED certification. The consultant shall include an architect as prime consultant Sub-consultants shall be available to support efforts regarding civil, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing and energy modeling), electrical and structural engineering, telecommunications, security, landscape architecture, cost estimating, code consulting, and sustainability consulting as needed. The consultant shall have experience working with large and diverse groups, preferably with students, faculty, and staff in a higher education setting.
