Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall be available to assist with job site cleanup. The contractor must provide a mechanical broom sweeper to assist with the point repairs performed by City staff at the request of the City of Santa Barbara's representative. Mechanical broom sweeper to be used shall at a minimum meet the Specifications of a Schwarze Model M5000 Sweeper or approved equal. A City of Santa Barbara representative will contact the contractor for service calls on an “as needed basis” to schedule job site location, and job site reporting time per day. It is expected the contractor respond to emergencies within two hours of call, including nights, weekends and holidays.
