Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to provide Standardized Regulatory Impact Assessments (SRIA) with detailed analysis on the economic and fiscal impact of regulations and other economic analysis. The SRIA requires a complex economic and fiscal analysis of the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) proposed regulations. The ability to assist on multiple projects at different stages is highly preferred. The Contractor must produce a SRIA in accordance with California Code of Regulation Title 1 sections 2000 – 2004 and the California Government Code sections 11342.548, 11346.3, 11346.5, 11346.9.
