SERVICES This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Spent Water Softener, Brine Removal, Transportation and Disposal Services at CMC. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, herein. The Contractor shall remove, transport and dispose of all spent water softener brine up to 6,000 gallons, in the above ground storage container per service. The State does not guarantee the amount of brine that will be removed from the 12,500 gallon above ground storage container for each service. The Institution Contract Liaison or designee will inform the Contractor of the amount to be picked up at the time-of-service request. Each service may require more than one (1) truck for removal of all spent water softener brine up to 12,500 gallons. The Contractor shall report to CMC no later than seventy-two (72) hours after being notified by the Institution Contract Liaison or designee that services are required.
