Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Project Management & Administration –coordinate with the design team in timely resolution of issues and apply web-based document control system as directed by the City Project Manager. B. Construction Meetings – Attend construction field meetings by assisting the City with construction-related activities as necessary and directed by the City’s Project Manager (PM) and Construction Manager (CM). C. Request for Information (RFI) – Respond to the contractor’s request for information during project construction, as directed by the City’s Project Manager and in a timely manner. D. Shop Drawing Review – Provide review and comments for approval of the contractor’s submitted shop drawings. Proactive coordination with designers to minimize turnaround times
